Instructions are contained in the rar along with the ISO image.
You will need one or more of the following depending on your preferred install method, preferred access mode & operating system: DVD Burner, Virtual Drive, ISO extraction tool.
Whereas i was able to install & run directly from my hard disk, this dose not preclude the possibility that the DVD wil be needed for functionallity.
Internet access is not needed for functionality & it is advisable to forego the internet services provided & use your Firewall to block internet access.
